SHIPPING AND TRACKING

We ship using United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS and DHL depending on location being shipped to and other logistics.

Our goal is to ship your package within a week’s timeframe.

You can always check the status of the package by checking the tracking number provided to you by email with the carrier noted in your shipping email.

TAXES, IMPORT DUTIES AND VAT

When orders shipped internationally reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates. Art276 Gallery will not accept any responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance or any other associated processes.

Art276 Gallery cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes, which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed, will rest solely with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties.

RETURNS

All sales are FINAL. We do NOT accept returns. We do NOT offer replacement or refunds for lost, stolen or damaged items due to the limited nature of the items we offer for sale.
